Opening the Heart

Our hearts can close for a number of reasons. When they do, we limit our own potential for joy. A closed heart blocks the flow of energy through your heart chakra, and prevents the free flow between all your chakras. This can throw you out of balance, as well as, disconnect your body from your heart and mind.

Meditation

Lie on your back comfortably, breathing normally. Place both hands gently over your heart chakra. Imagine your heart chakra as a swirling ball of green energy. Bring white light in through your crown chakra and watch as it flows through each of the chakras, down through the heart chakra, eventually exiting through your root chakra. repeat the mantra at the beginning and the end of the meditation.

Geranium Essential Oil

Most relationships experience ups and downs along the way. Feelings can get hurt, and it’s important to work together to overcome challenges. Geranium is great for promoting forgiveness and helping you to open your heart. Use Geranium to restore hope that there is good in others when you have been hurt. Also, use Geranium to help replace feelings of anger towards your partner with feelings of love and forgiveness.

Open Your Heart Vapor

Fill a bowl with hot water, and add 3-5 drops of essential oil. Place your face over the water and into the steam vapor. Be careful not to get too close to the water, and make sure the vapor is not too hot for your skin. Inhale the vapor for a few minutes and let your heart open to healing.

Combine 2 cups sea salts and 20 drops essential oils In a glass jar and mix well. Add ¼ cup of the salt mixture to a warm bath. Let the salts dissolve, and enjoy a soothing, heart opening soak.

Binaural Beats

Sound wave therapy that entrains brain waves to particular frequencies. The different frequencies naturally occur in the brain and different techniques have been used throughout history to evoke such things as sleep, pain relief and even access to the unconscious mind.
